Description

The Insta360 Back Bar Enhanced Waist Strap is a back-mounted support for third-person follow shots during jogging, cycling, mountain biking, BMX, and motorcycling. Its adjustable base lets you change the shooting angle, while aluminum CNC construction and a metal locking structure support steady movement.

Comfortable, action-ready support
The wraparound strap uses three soft cushion layers and three hard cushion layers for lumbar support. It fits waist circumferences from 65–105 cm (25.5–41.3 in) and is designed to keep a compatible camera and the Insta360 Action Invisible Selfie Stick secure during high-intensity activity.

Compatibility and safe use
The Back Bar supports listed Insta360 X, GO, Ace, and ONE-series cameras. The Waist Strap is compatible only with the Insta360 Action Invisible Selfie Stick; use of other selfie sticks or attachments is not supported. For Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro, and Ace, a separately sold Quick Release Mount or 3-Prong to 1/4 in Adapter is required. GO 3 and GO 3S require a Quick Release Mount, while GO 2 requires an Action Mount Adapter.

Important limits
Maximum camera weight is 400 g (14 oz). Do not exceed 80 km/h (50 mph) on smooth roads or 40 km/h (25 mph) off-road. After water sports, rinse the strap with fresh water and air dry it; hand wash only.
