Amaran Lantern for F21

Description

The Lantern for F21 is the perfect solution for filmmakers and content creators who want to use the amaran F21x or F21c flexible LED lights as a soft and omnidirectional light source in overhead lighting scenarios. This lightweight and portable lantern provides a soft volumetric overhead lighting solution to instantly light up large spaces when used as an ambient fill light.

The Lantern for F21

features a simple hook-and-loop design that allows for fast set-ups and tear-downs. Its included 2.5 stop diffusion cloth transforms the amaran F21x or F21c into a dome-shaped diffusion that softens the fixture's light output while minimizing light loss.

The directionality of the Lantern for F21 can be altered with the included fully adjustable removable hoop-and-loop fabric light control skirt. The skirt covers all four edges of the lantern and can be rolled independently to maximize control over the fixture's directionality and to eliminate light spill. Users looking for a modifier that is easy to set up, especially in scenarios involving rigging fixtures above people, will find it very convenient.

This modifier's lightweight construction (723g / 1.59lbs) simplifies the attachment of the Lantern for F21 to the amaran F21x or F21c flexible light. It eliminates the need to rebalance the fixture set up or the need for heavy stands and lighting grids for additional support. With its compact size, the Lantern for F21 takes up less space compared to traditional lantern diffusers, making it easy to transport to your next set or location.

Overall, the Lantern for F21 is an essential tool for filmmakers and content creators who are looking for an easy-to-use, portable, and lightweight modifier for their amaran F21x or F21c flexible LED lights. Its included carrying bag makes it easy to transport, and its ability to provide soft volumetric overhead lighting makes it ideal for lighting up large spaces.
